Your happiness with our candles is of the utmost importance to us, so if you would like to exchange or return a product in its unused and original, undamaged condition, we are happy to do so within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at dawncandleworx@gmail.com if you would like to return or exchange.
If you receive a damaged candle we will happily refund or replace it and cover the cost of replacement shipping. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of return shipping for products that are not damaged or defective. To report a damaged or defective item, please email dawncandleworx@gmail.com and attach a photo(s) and description of your damaged item(s) for us to review.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return / refund / exchange request, we will process an applicable replacement or refund. Approved refunds will be returned to your original method of payment.
