We do our best to pack and ship your online orders as quickly as possible, typically within 2-4 business days of receiving your order. We ship all orders via USPS which is estimated to arrive in 2-5 days after shipping. Dawn Candle Worx has no control over shipments once they are picked up by the shipping carrier. All orders have tracking information included in the shipping confirmation email, once an order has been shipped.

Dawn Candle Worx is not responsible for packages after they have been deemed delivered by the carrier, so please track your packages and be ready to receive them, especially in inclement weather.

 

 

Address Corrections

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has shipped the shipping address cannot be changed. If an order is returned to us, shipping will need to be re-paid before the order can be reshipped. New products or replacements for orders returned to sender, will not be shipped until the original, undeliverable order has been returned and received by us.
